possible. We are flexible and reachable 24/7, depending on the needs of the
property, landlord, and guests. We assume responsibility for the safekeeping of
the key and its use. Your property is in the best hands.
Key holding and home maintenance
We welcome your tenants, hand over the keys, show
them around the property, and explain to them how to use the facilities
available. We will spend a few moments explaining a bit about the property
(house rules, how the equipment works, etc.) and inform them about the most
important places around (beaches, sports facilities, grocery shops,
restaurants, etc.). We will be present for check-out and carry out a check-out
inspection tour with the tenants We will inspect the property together with
them upon arrival and departure to make your property is and remains in perfect
condition. We will make sure to give them the best-in-class service.
Fortnight check
- Visual control of the house (windows, doors, locks,...).
- Control of your electrical appliances, taps and toilet flushing.
- Check for the presence of vermin and, if necessary, eradication.
- Taking care of houseplants.
- Check-up after heavy rain, or other exceptional events.
- Verification of the operation of your alarm system.
Optional (non-exhaustive)
- Maintenance of the garden.
- Swimming pool maintenance.
- Forwarding your email.
- Shopping service: send us a list and we will make sure everything is there on the day of arrival (basic products like milk, coffee, water,... or breakfast, late supper). We go the extra mile to make your stay as relaxing as possible.
Cleaning service is available so you can enjoy your stay as soon as you arrive in paradise.
Cleaning service in case of rental: we make sure the house is clean to welcome your guests .
Airport transfer
We offer transfers to and from Murcia and Alicante airports.
